Some of the great blessings of being a part of ANAM extend well beyond the Conferences that ANAM hosts each year (though they are a tremendous blessing in themselves). It is the the encouragement that comes from the deepening of organizational relationships. We are a 'family of families! From the opportunities of networking together through the often shared (and much appreciated) prayer requests, to the regular emailing of leadership resources, as well as the personal birthday birthday greetings from Doug and Faith, ANAM enriches the individual leaders within the Member Organizations.
In addition to those benefits, comes the challenge to maintain financial accountability and integrity through regularly scheduled financial and organizational reviews by the ANAM leadership. This has been an invaluable tool for Tentmakers Bible Mission, since it comes with insightful observations and recommendations for improving our organizational focus and function.
