Job Title: Field Director

Job Location: Flagstaff, AZ, USA

Description: The primary responsibility as Field Director will be to work with all FMN churches, their pastors and leaders, specifically to train and empower local leaders in establinshing an indigenous ministry that is self-governing, self-supporting and self-propagating. Will also over see church planting teams.

Length or Term: Full Time

Language Required: English, Navajo(not a requirment)

Minimum Education Required: Training in Bible and pastoral ministries at least five years of experience in pastoral ministries, teaching and discipleship.

Skills Needed: Pastoral leadership competence, good communication skills, visionary planning skills, sense of call, discipling skills, good interpersonal relations, cross-cultural adaptability.
