Job Title: Food Service Director
Job Location: Spring City, TN
Description: Oversee Food Service Department, preparing menus, ordering, and preparing meals for camps, retreats and guest groups from 50 to 300 people. Supervising food service staff and volunteers.
Length or Term: Full Time
Language Required: English
Minimum Education Required: Bible School training preferred as well as some Culinary training or experience desired.
Skills Needed: Some computer skills, understanding of Food Preparations and Health and cleanliness standards
Salary Type: Support
